Adjacent to 12 Lester Grove

Reported via mobile in the Kerb damage / issue category anonymously at 11:53, Wed 10 November 2021

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

I Have previously reported that the granite setts to the crossover were loose . Recent works by the electricity board to repair a fault on their main has dislodged the setts . The gap in the kerb is now a trip hazard and is likely to damage the wheels and/or tyres when backing off the drive .

  • I reported the damage to the kerb in Nov 21 , you acknowledge the problem and advised that it would be repaired within 6-8 weeks . Some 20 weeks later the repair is still outstanding. Please confirm when this damage will be repaired

  • It is now over 3 years since I first reported damaged kerbs adjacent to 12 Lester Grove . It is over now a year since you finally inspected the kerb and confirmed that you would reinstate within 6-8 weeks . In the absence of any action I again chased you in May 22 . This resulted in a visit from one of your Senior Inspectors who advised that the repair ‘had slipped through the system’ apologised for the delay . He subsequently wrote to me confirming that the kerb would be reinstated within 4 weeks . Three months later I am still waiting ! Can you please carry out the required work without further delay so that we can bring this saga to a conclusion.
