Loose manhole cover

This manhole cover was lifted by a work crew a few weeks ago and since then it has rattled very loudly every single time a car rolls over it. This is very frequently as Hivings Hill is a main route in and out of Chesham for residents and a route in and out of the Asheridge Road industrial estate. Please would the LAT check it and see if the 'rattle' can be eradicated. We never had this issue prior to the crew lifting it.
