Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Collection of weekly refuse. There was a policy agreed with Biffa that the refuse bin lorries would not collect on this residential road before 7.00am. This has not continued with the new supplier. I already close my windows on Monday nights, but am not happy that I am being woken by the noise of the collection lorries before this time of the morning. Please can you ensure that this timing is followed.
