Tree in Westhorpe roundabout bridge

Reported via iOS in the Trees category anonymously at 09:29, Thu 18 November 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Thank you for chopping back a lot of weeds recently on and near this roundabout. However the small trees have also only been cut back - their roots are still in the bridge surface and they get more significant each year. Also the one small tree rooted into the bridge structure on the National Highways side of parapet has not been touched. It’s a small sapling at the moment - see centre of photo just to right of orange leaf - but seems to be thriving. Please could de-rooting be planned?
