The street sweeper had not been for months. As winter is approaching the leaves are falling and not being cleared. They are decomposing and creating mud on the road against the pavements and small plants are starting to grow which will ultimately damage the road surface. This detritus is also sticking to does and bring brought into the house. This needs clearing. The sweeper used to come approximately every two weeks and had not been for ages.
