Tree roots destroyed pavement causing a hazard to walk on footpath

I have been reporting this for 18 months it’s so dangerous was told in may work would be carried out in 6-8 weeks path has been marked out 3 times also the tree what is damaging the path is so over grown it’s now covering electric wires
