On road by vehicular access to new cottages, (Everglow) on Plomer Green Lane.

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Water bubbling out of drain, running down Plomer Green Lane and to the final drain in Moor Lane outside Diamond Cottage where it then runs down the Lane to a pool at the bottom of the Lane. Started this morning.
