Car with no tax or MoT since late 2020 arrived in Conningsby Road opposite the Melrose Court Flats late last week. Number-plates have now been removed, one assumes to further hide cars identity. It is unclear where the car has come form but it has the remnants of a Police Aware sticker - or something simila r- on the windscreen flat
