Junction of Buckingham Road and Prince Rupert Drive

Phasing issue, early in the morning the lights used to prioritise the A413 and if safe to do so they would change in favour of vehicles approaching from Prince Rupert Drive however now even if no vehicles are on the A413 you still have to wait for the lights to cycle.
I first reported this in February 2020 and received the following response "Reference report number 40128700 Thank you for contacting us, our maintenance contractor has attended this week and found some sensor faults. One of the sensors on the A413 has failed and so will extend the green to the A413, it requires replacement and will require cutting a new sensor in to the road under a lane closure. As we near the end of the financial year this work is not currently budgeted and so we will review it in April and add to our work programme. This enquiry is now closed."
People are now no longer waiting for the lights to cycle and are treating the junction as a "give way"which puts themselves and other road users in danger.
