Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

There is a sunken strip of tarmac across the road, mainly affecting the side travelling away from Buckingham Road. This has now caused vehicle damage. I have lived in Winslow for only 7 months and it's been there for all of that time; other reports would suggest it has been much longer.
