Welsh Lane Biddlesden to Stowe not maintained

Reported via mobile in the Road surface category anonymously at 09:18, Wed 24 November 2021

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

There were plans to patch and resurface this road and work started. Then inspection pits were dug at intervals along Welsh Lane and then nothing. The inspection pits have been refilled after collapsing, but now need refilling. These just add to the already terribly unsafe condition of the road, with collapsed edges and numerous dangerous potholes. I'm fed up of being nearly hit head-on by vehicles travelling in opposite direction who are attempting to avoid the potholes and ruts. You need a 4x4 to drive this road (which unfortunately I don't have), and I can't avoid this road because I live on it. Please properly maintain this road.
