Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

A blue, accident damaged Kia has been dumped on the pavement (all 4 wheels on the pavement). It has been there for several months. The whole front is ripped off from a crash. It hasn't moved since it was dumped there months ago. Number plate LF64 GUH Please could it be removed. It is an eyesore and invites criminal damage. Thank you.
