This green container was meant to be temporary and then removed when stables built but it seems to have been allowed to become a permanent unsightly feature

This large green container is still here and is yet another unsightly addition to the field for us residents of Mill Lane. The non-resident who uses the field blasts her horn when she arrives in the lane to do her horses, frequently blocks the lane with numerous vehicles parked at the field entrance and drives up and down the lane to turn around. She is disturbing residents in the lane.

See update above from last month. Same problem. She drives up and down the lane unnecessarily a number of times every single day. When is this going to be dealt with?
