After report after report on the state of the rubbish the tenants dump outside and yet nothing is being done, this happens every months and this is being ignored, what am I paying my council tax for?

Please get your environmental people to visit this property and fine the land lord. Also there are drugs being smoked and sold you may want to pay the property a visit.

But again this will be ignored as usual!!!!!
