Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

I think I have been reporting problems with this light for at least 3 years.

Following my last report it was working on Wednesday and Thursday, Nov 24/25.

It was not working on the following two evenings, nor is it on at the time of writing - Saturday 28 at 5pm.
