Abandoned vehicle that has no tax for years and no Mot for years

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Black Range Rover number plate PJ55MVK parked just opposite 36 Eaton Ava he has no mot or tax and hasn’t had it for a few years according to dvla website and is causing issue for people who live on the street for parking as has also parked awkwardly so no one can park in front or behind
