Road between Brill and Oakley below Hillside Farm

Just below the farm there is perpetual surface water. The drainage there a couple of years ago seems to have been affected. When it turns cold cars churn it up and it turns to ice so it's as though there has been heavy snow. Because of the tall hedges, the winter sun doesn't get on the road and the ice gets impacted, compounding the problem. Last year it got so bad the road was closed, but there is still the drainage issue so nothing was resolved.
