Significant pothole on narrow lane

Pothole has been in situ for many months and has previously been marked for repair. However this has not happened despite another pothole, further down the lane and marked at the same time, having been mended some time ago. The pothole is worse than it appears in the photo as it has been partly filled with sand/stones to reduce its depth.
