The van has been abandoned on the grass verge for several months. It is right on the junction making it very dangerous to pull out as it completely obscures the view of oncoming traffic. In addition, the owner is breaking local bylaws which prohibit parking on road margins. This van has been reported before and it was moved for a couple of days before moving back to this location.
