The wholw way around garratts way people are parking very dangrously. People cant see and have ALOT of near misses. The cars are parked directly opposite junctions and on the pavements meaning pedestrians, mobility scooters and pushchairs cannot get past, and have to go in the road. People speed around tge road and due to the inconsiderate parking it is very dangerous for everyone else. I have yried polite notes but have been ignored.
