Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

REG: IKE-262 Thames Valley Police called in a report on behalf of resident regarding the vehicle which is parking and blocking the entrance to the property - resident is unable get own vehicle out of the driveway. TVP advised that they are unable to remove this vehicle themselves and have referred this back to the council. Please can this vehicle be removed or ticket issued.
