There are 50+ slabs of stone under an electric pole. This eyesore is preventing us and our neighbours from putting our bins out safely. The fly tipping makes it impossible to put our bins out without blocking access to the care home our our property. Ambulances care workers need access and the fly tipping is causing the street to have issues with access. The stones have been there over a month.
