In need of replacement with reflective version and overhead sign light if possible

Our street lighting crew have attended the fault and found that either the equipment is damaged beyond repair or has reached the end of its serviceable life.
A works order has been raised to replace the asset and this has been placed in a programme of works which will be completed as soon as possible.
