Pedestrian Refuge Island - crossing Straight Bit to Recreation Ground

The pedestrian refuge island is damaged and unlit. After dark this poses a problem for pedestrians and drivers. Cars are in danger of hitting the unlit obstacle (even at low speed) in dark bad weather conditions.
