Blocked drain

This drain has been cleaned multiple times, the cleaning operatives has informed me that a pipe leading away from the drain has possibly collapsed and the road will require digging up to find and repair the fault. See attached photos of the damage to the road as I believe drains further up the road are also blocked. These photos were taken on the 7-11-21 outside 25 Addison Rd Steeple Claydon Bucks.
