The LED light has snapped off the streetlight post and is dangling down, held only by the live electrical wire. Opposite Simpson Centre.

Reported via desktop in the Street light not working category anonymously at 19:36, Thu 9 December 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

The lamp at the top of this street light has snapped off the post and is hanging down parallel to the post, held only by the electric wire. The wire is still carrying electricity, as the light is still coming on. It looks dangerous, not only because of the electricity, but because it could easily fall off and hit someone. There are a lot of pedestrians in this area, especially as this street light is opposite the Doctors' Surgery. The lamp is hanging down with the lit side directly against the post, so it is not casting any light in the immediate area. This is reducing visibility near the junction with Furzefield Road and directly outside a building site. Please can you fix this as a matter of urgency, as someone might get injured, or worse. Thank you.
