Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
Large potholes/road breakup on both sides of the road as you leave the motorway bridge and approach and the first set of speed bumps. There are very many potholes along Daws Hill lane, the whole roads needs a thorough inspecting and these problems sorting as there are far too many to list out individually...
I also reported this to Bucks CC on 3rd March and on 6th March received the following email:
"I refer to your report regarding the condition of Daws Hill Lane. Several inspection have been completed during the recent weeks and orders have been placed for any Cat 1 defects found, The remaining defects did not meet our intervention level, and are not considered to require urgent attention. Arrangements are being made for our patching gang, which can deal with areas larger than just potholes, to visit this road when it is next available in the Wycombe area, to complete repairs to other defects"
Unsure when this will be, or what is considered to be a "Cat 1 defect"

This has now been fixed...although I'm not sure how long it will last?
