Centre island between signs saying 'Flackwell Heath'
Reported via desktop in the Sign problem category by Gerry Robinson at 10:32, Wed 15 December 2021
Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
This island is on an unlit road which is quite narrow. The warning white line road markings have worn away and what exists is obliterated by debris. The keep left signage was demolished and not replaced months ago. With no street lighting and blinding headlamps coming towards me, I have narrowly avoided hitting the island kerbs on a number of occasions. Please either remove the island or install suitable safety signage before there is a serious accident. Also all the keep left bollards on the road into Flackwell Heath are invisible as they are covered in months/ years of dirt. They all need a good clean.

Whilst you are investigating further, PLEASE install temporary signage to prevent an accident. Currently there is still unmarked kerb and a pile of twisted metal in the middle of a narrow unlit road. THIS IS DANGEROUS, so please take positive preventative action without any more delay.
