Ambleside pavement improvement works
Reported via iOS in the Footpath / pavement problem category anonymously at 19:49, Sat 18 December 2021
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3188117.
The guys replacing the pavements along Ambleside have done a brilliant job. They have been both courteous and respectful to residents. The grass verges upto Pevensey Close from the top of Ambleside have had topsoil put back down and this looks good. From Heath Close up towards Midhurst Close it looks like they have used builders’ rubble to reinstate the verges with. Not only is this unsightly but during the summer months when the grass is cut, these pieces of large hardcore will not only damage the mowers but potentially people’s property, cars, passers by etc and this is the route to the local infant and junior schools. Could someone investigate this before damage is caused
