Its been like this over a year = see photo - hw467 - s6886 some stupid person try to pray open your street sign post and left a very sharp edge on the metal electric cover, council work man/woman should remove the metal electric cover and use a big hammer to take out the sharp edge off because if somebody can get injure and its health and safety
