Opposite 80 daws hill lane, HP111PU
Reported via desktop in the Footpath / pavement problem category anonymously at 12:01, Friday 14 January 2022
Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
Hi, I had raised 40182352 earlier today, but it was closed without providing any solution.
There is a dip in the road and in the Pavement opposite my property. because of this dip, the rainwater doesn't go towards the manhole a few feet away. but it comes towards my house. the problem gets bigger and serious when it rains a bit heavily, like about 2 weeks ago. then it causes water damages to the property.
I have asked the developer about it but he said since the problem is with the road and pavements, it's the council's responsibility. I have asked him today as well (after you closed the last case) and he maintains his position.
So I request you to please look into this again.
Regards
