Top of cul de sac / Elkins Road, blocked entrance to garage block and Wood Lane

Continuous issue with poorly parked cars blocking the exit/ entrance to the houses on Wood Lane. Have asked for a yellow box but been refused. Yet emergency vehicles previously ( fire & ambulance) have not been able to gain access- told to call police if blocked, have had to do so yet again tonight. Situation getting ridiculous!! 9 children are still at home down the Lane and no emergency vehicle access- illegal!!
