Dangerous broken bollard

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3244460.
Bollard has been broken for well over two years now. It's now very dangerous as children hang on it and it looks like it may break off and cause injury. Needs replacing/ removing ASAP as do others which have been broken off and are now stumps
