On Priory Road -under the tree

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
This has been reported at least twice previously. Tree roots have damaged the pavement surface outside the GP practice. Another person has fallen here today. This is the 4th known person to have tripped on this uneven path and the 3rd trip for someone to hospital. Please can this be addressed speedily
