Hedgerley Lane running parallel with M40

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

2 sites at either end of Hedgerley Lane . One I front of field access and the other also blocking field access but also spilling over half the road blocking reducing the road to one lane. Builders materials, chip board, plaster, wooden buttons etc - could be further debris eg nails etc on road - surely there must cctv of this
