Another temporary bollard gone

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
Outside the village hall, the other temporary bollard has now been hit and destroyed. There is now nothing to indicate to cars that there are raised areas in the road the ones for pedestrians to cross on. Several cars have already hit the raised area.
