Permanent placement and use of ramps on both the road and public pavement to get access to gravel area in front of property. This is a non dropped kerb. There are lots of children in the street, using bikes, scooters and prams- the ramps are causing an issue and restricting access of the public footpath to members of street
Thank you for your report regarding someone parking on a public footpath, this has been passed to the Parking Services Team.
Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.

It is a criminal offence to continually drive across a public footpath in this manner. This has been happening for over a 10 months. Damage to the pavement and kerb has already occurred.
