Traffic island outside #65

Reported via desktop in the Road surface category anonymously at 09:54, Thursday 10 February 2022

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Traffic island has been reported multiple times. The island, without and lighting or reflective material, is impossible to see after dark and is regularly being hit. It is in a significantly deteriorated condition, and every impact is making it more dangerous to road users as it becomes more damaged and deformed. Furthermore, the LC stub is regularly being bent into the road by vehicle impacts which the residents are then having to twist out of the carriageway. It requires urgent remediation in order to make it safer and reduce the volume of accidents.
