Zebra crossing on Heath End road , Flackwell Heath opposite Number 10

Reported via mobile in the Traffic lights & crossings problems with buttons, beep or lamps category anonymously at 12:00, Sat 16 April 2022

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Dangerous zebra crossing that is poorly maintained / lit and has a potential to be the cause of a serious accident due to many drivers not being aware of waiting pedestrians to cross the road and drive straight over even with someone half way across. This zebra crossing is used by young children in getting to Carrington Primary school and the elderly to get to the Methodist church. It’s an extremely busy road with fast approaching traffic that do not stop at the crossing. This crossing needs to have traffic lights attached to it to ensure it’s safe for all that use it. Please can this be addressed as a matter of urgency before someone is hurt
