Inconsiderate Parking
Reported via Android in the Parking on a footpath category anonymously at 10:58, Sun 17 April 2022
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3463771.
Parking on the pavement outside the Hawthorns Sheltered accommodation in Wooburn Green has got severely worse in recent years.
Not only does this parking restricted pedestrians and anyone who is disabled, this parking also restricts the width of the main road.
A few years ago I witnessed a wing mirror get ripped off a car because the other driver didn't see the oncoming car while driving around the parked cars.
Drivers are getting fed up and simply drive around when there is oncoming traffic thus squeezing by.
Please can the cancel consider placing DOUBLE YELLOW lines there to keep the road clear and safe.
There are no road lines there but there should be.
