Thames Water Traffic Ligthts Not Working
Reported via iOS in the Traffic lights problem at temporary roadworks category anonymously at 18:53, Monday 2 May 2022
Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
These lights have not been working for at least two days, it’s dangerous and will cause mayhem on Tuesday in heavy traffic, there were huge queues when they were working! It was reported Sunday on the put of hours phone number to the council, but Thames Water still do not appear to have fixed the issue. Today, Monday I have reported it directly to Thames Water, who said I would be contacted within a couple of hours, I have not been contacted and the lights are still out of action hours later. Permit number attached within the pictures.
The work was estimated to have finished on the 29/4/22, but is still there with inoperative traffic lights.
Thank you for your report which is currently under review.

This has finally been sorted, (for the time being) after being reported to the Council out of hours line and passed on to Thames Water twice, and having contacted Thames Water directly several times.
Having been out of action Sunday, Bank Holiday Monday and however much of today, Tuesday before they were working again is completely unacceptable, and on a busy main road, Thames Water needs to be made aware this is unacceptable and dangerous. Having been informed of it several times and not having done anything, as expected it was mayhem this morning when it was busy.
State changed to: Fixed
