No pavement or safe crossing for school children
Reported via mobile in the Footpath / pavement problem category anonymously at 19:28, Tue 17 May 2022
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3532703.
This is where Dropmore Infant School children have to walk each day. It is a busy main road. The pavement runs out and there is no safe crossing. We would like to be provided with a pavement, a school crossing patroller as well as help with traffic calming and our travel plan. We have tried to contact local, town and parish councillors about this and no one responds. On the Buckinghamshire Council website it states that you can request a school crossing patroller, and help with traffic calming and travel plans via FixMyStreet. I am writing on behalf of Dropmore Infant School and the Parents and Teachers Association. We would desperately like a reply and some help.
