Oak tree in hedge directly opposite 242 Great Hivings

Reported via mobile in the Overhanging branch/tree category anonymously at 17:05, Monday 23 May 2022

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Long oak tree branch overhanging the highway has got significantly lower, it may have become damaged in the recent high winds etc. It is now so low it hits the bin lorry and other high vehicles when they pass under it, which definitely didn’t happen last year. This is the second report about this branch, if it falls on a car now you say you have been “unable to identify the issue” you will be held liable. The previous report was “fully investigated” but no one called me, as the reporter of the issue. I gave all my contact details to the person I reported it to on the phone, and will provide them for this one too.
