Blocked footpath - overgrowth of bramble, grass, trees

Footpath impassable due to overgrown vegetation- large brambles, nettles, trees, grass. Need to walk on highway - footpath completely obstructed. Unable to push pushchair along footpath. Alongside the footpath from Woodside hill towards Chalfont Park - next to A413.
