Litter in is full today

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Bin is full, and the next person will cause it to overfill. Or they will place their litter on the ground where it will be broken in to by animals, and blown about by the wind. This bin is a favourite for motorists since they know there’s always space in the laybye here to rest up. Thank you
