REG - YJ65 WWZ

This van has been left on the road for nearly 3 weeks. The owner was seen unloading the contents into another van with three other men and has not returned since. The vehicle is now untaxed and the MOT is due to run out in a few days. This vehicle has also been left parked opposite a junction / side road, which makes it a awkward for users to swing in and out of.
