Attention of Lewis Minney, area technician. Dear sir, it is now over 4 months since reporting flooding at the above location and your investigations which revealed collapsed discharge pipes. Please indicate if this problem is likely to be attended to soon as the weather is now changing and flooding is again inevitable.   • This has been passed to the Local Area Technician to investigate.

    If the flooding is caused by a water leak we will report it to the relevant utility company to repair.

    We have now inspected the area and our assessment is that no action is required at this stage.

    The issue reported will be added to a package of works for this location and will be addressed when we are next in the area.

    Please be assured that we will continue to monitor the area in line with our Highways Safety Inspection Policy.
