Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Builders skip bag reported over 3 weeks ago and still not removed yet. A crew from bcc refused to shift it as it was too heavy for two men to carry. This crew said that they had reported it to their office. This bag now contains soil and old car parts…and it’s an eyesore to all residents. Please take action asap.
