Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later
Swish are doing roadworks in the area. They have parked up to four of their vehicles at a time on one side of Little Close which is a short narrow cul de sac and which effectively blocks one side of the street including being less than 10 metres from the junction with Blind Lane. I am unsighted when exiting my drive and have to overtake their vehicles on the wrong side of the road, at the junction with Blind Lane and this exposes me to associated risks from traffic entering the street. In addition, access for refuse vehicles, deliveries and emergency vehicles to Little Close is restricted accordingly. There is ample room in Woodside across the road which is a wider and longer road (as well as several other side streets). Swish have however chosen to concentrate their vehicles on Little Close.
This has been passed to the Parking Services Team.
Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
