Lighting cable damaged when bridge was rebuilt.

The lighting along this road doesn’t work. It stopped working when the cable was exposed and damaged when the bridge (in the photos) was being rebuilt. The large diameter cable runs adjacent to the road. This is not the main electricity supply and is likely only the lighting power supply cable. The cable was exposed but multiple cars drove over it when trying to bypass the road closure recently. The lights worked until this… and stopped working only after the cable was exposed Tyre marks could be seen on the cable. The lighting technicians visited recently and confirmed that the individual lights were ok and that it was likely a cable proble. THIS location is the source of the problem. Don’t dig up the rest of the new road until you check THIS location.
